The greatest weapons of mass destruction facing us at the moment are virus’.- They have always been the greatest threat to our survival and will always remain so.
- Our immune systems are the only defense we have, and they will always be our only defense. Immune systems are not just physical. We need a healthy frame of mind that will resist bad ideas! We need a healthy emotional life that will resist bad feelings! We need a healthy body that will resist material invasion! We need healthy guts that will properly digest bad influences! We need a healthy heart that will differentiate between life and disease! We need a healthy astral body that will allow us to glow with vital force!
- As a homeopath, I have long been aware that the desire to go to war is a PATHOLOGY!
- The desire to kill your neighbour is a PATHOLOGY!
- The desire to envy and steal from your neighbour is a PATHOLOGY!
- The desire to inflict pain is a PATHOLOGY!
- HIV/Aids is the result of one of the most dangerous virus’ we face at the moment and kills a tsunami of people every month in Africa. Harris Coulter wrote about the link between AIDS and syphyllis in 1987. Homeopaths have always known that such destructive forces belong to the syphyllitic miasm and we see the dire effects of this in many cases in our practice. The first symptom of the syphillitic miasm is VIOLENCE! I have a case on my books where there is no physical pathology, but every member of the family has suffered from the most awful violent accidents. Unfortunately, I do not have the clients’ permission to share this case with you. It is a very difficult miasm to come to terms with. The initial symptoms of violence give way to destructive forces. In the mind thoughts loose their cohesion and connectedness to life. Ideas become destructive and separate from our communities and from each other until death is desired above all other desires. In the emotions, feelings become corupt and bonds of family and society break down. In the body, processes become corrosive and excoriating as flesh decays. Life becomes full of pain and terror and fear and violence.
- As healers, this is our job to help the world come to terms with violence, which we regard as a PATHOLOGY! THIS WILL BE DIFFICULT, BUT NOT IMPOSSIBLE.
- Homeopathy sets out to remove the stain of the disease from the soul. The first thing we need to impress upon you is that VIOLENCE IS A DISEASE!
- Tuberculosis is also a miasm. It is a sister miasm to syphillis, and is extremely destructive in its own right. It feeds on war and the breakdown of the spirit. Despair and loss of our spiritual connectedness to kith and kin, to lands and culture lead to the collapse of our integrity and the break down of our immune system. It is at home in the aftermath of the annihilation of all we hold dear. It is at home in the long march, in refugees, in starvation and in death.
- Sycosis is what we call the miasm that comes about from gonorrhoea. It cuts us off from the suffering of the world as we grab for immediate gratification to numb our soul. It provides a buffer zone between us and the suffering of the world as we dissappear into indulgence and self mortification. It is a perversion of our instinct to sexually replicate to ensure the survival of our species, but as it is just concerned with the gratification of the individual and ignores the rest of us, it causes gross distortion in our internal processes, social isolation, despair and nihilism.
- Psora is the original disease miasm and its influence allows the other miasms to contaminate us. It is the itch of discontent, the desire to think. Why has s/he got what I haven’t? Why are ‘other’s different to me? Am I an individual or part of a group mind? Can I survive if I let others die? What affect will this have on me? Can I live with thoughts like this? Psora disolves our astral skin and then causes symptoms upon our actual skin. From there it disrupts all the other parts of the body, and we call it the hydra because it has so many heads. If you cut one off, many more will grow. It is an invasion like no other, and it permeates through our internal ecomony like ink through chalk. We must learn to order our thoughts in a healthy way to understand what life is really all about, or we can never be truly healthy. This is the challenge of the psoric miasm. This is our first and last challenge, our multi headed hydra.
- If we can begin to grasp the influence of virus’ and their constant companions, bacteria, we can at least begin to see that healing is the way to deal with these weapons of mass destruction.
- Under the influence of these awful miasms, we create divisions between each other, we develop fear of each other, we become greedy and isolate and envious and DANGEROUS!
- If we cannot see the underlying connections between us, and finally understand that we only generate the ‘other’ in order to project our own disease out into the world in order to get rid of it within ourselves, then we will continue to create war and build weapons of mass destruction.
- It is the virus’ who want to rule the world, not your particular god!
- It is the virus’ who originally taught us to think!
- It is the virus’ that want us to concentrate in hot spots so we can transmit them and contaminate each other!
- Our human society is a secondary result of our infestation with virus’!
- We are swarming with virus’, just look under the microscope! The mitochondria twined around your DNA is viral in origin and not originally part of us. It is the virus’ that caused us to evolve into homo sapiens for their own reasons.
- We will eventually learn to live in harmony with them, because a good virus does not kill its host! Otherwise it too will not survive! We are symbiotic with them! We are them! They are us! Forget all that racism (see blog on racial prejudice) and GET TO GRIPS WITH THIS!
- There are many benefits from our relationship with virus’. We are now an amalgam creature after all. If we can learn to live together as a symbiotic being, as most of nature does, then we will get on a lot better. They were here first believe me, and they will be here long after we have gone. It is up to us what we choose to do with this information.
