Well, my new web site is updated and online and very much a work in progress!
I hope you find it useful and I would welcome comments on how to improve it and what you would all like me to include for future resources. All my main contacts are now listed for you to access and I will obviously add others as they come to my attention.
I wish all my clients a happy New Year for 2006. I hope you all had a wonderful holiday season and feel refreshed and rested. 2005 was a complicated year, but many projects were brought to a satisfactory conclusion and there is a certain serenity in that!

Well, 2006 has started with a vomiting bug which is making people very ill!
I don’t think it’s too much celebrations, and it sounds rather nasty, with high temperature and sometimes ear ache as well. As with all minor illness, just take lots of fluid and wash it out of your system. Don’t eat anything rich, and if you can’t keep anything down, then just sip fluids and keep warm and above all avoid chills. There are many homeopathic remedies that may help here, phosphorus and arsenicum, low doses of 6c or the occasional 30c may be very useful. If you need further assistance, then contact me for advice.

If you are interested in avian flu or world contagions, then PROMED is the web site to check. If you want to enrol for their digest, you can get a useful update in your email regularly, which is most useful. It can’t be used to track local flus and colds, but it will keep you abreast of some of the nastier risks out there.
