Ancestral Healing 2

mootOrigins

Fascinating!

It seems that there are always precursors!

How often do you hear some historian or commentator on TV say ‘The earliest known…’ civilisation, language, writing etc?

It turns out that writing may not have originated in Sumer, because the Transylvanian Tablets* predate Sumerian symbols by over 1000 years! Linguists believe that these Transylvanian symbols may be the originals of some early alphabet letters. (The early reference to the Scythians above*, links straight to the Khotan peoples in the Takla Mahkan desert yet again!!)

Also of interest - there are still undeciphered languages - Meroitic script from 2400BCE and Estruscan.

I was thinking about this the other day when pondering the fact that the so called pagan barbarians of north west Europe prefered to elect their rulers and it seemed that almost everyone had a say, or a vote in the process. Yet Greece is credited with this early democracy, without mention of the fact that they were surrounded by peoples who may have been ‘democratic’ for a very long time. Just because they didn’t write it down and the Greeks did, modern historians and those who wish to obscure the past always quote the written sources and ignore the rest. This just may be a MOOT POINT.

How very interesting!
