My heart goes out to Turkey and Armenia on this very special day when Hrant Dink was buried. All of Turkey and Armenia came together today to celebrate this very special man, who was killed for speaking about the unspeakable.

His death has achieved something remarkable.

Thousands turned out today in Istanbul for his funeral, joined together by his death instead of torn apart. This is true sacrifice! This is true love and true healing.

Please don’t let this opportunity for the future be lost.

What wonderful people! I send you all my love.

This article warning of the dangers of hydrogenated fats was written in 2001, but the issue has just been brought into sharp focus recently because of fears that these fats can reduce female fertility up to 70%! Although they only form 2% of UK diets, it is still something all women who are trying to conceive should be aware of.

Well! My weekend was interrupted on Saturday night when I heard my father wet himself! Looking up, I was horrified to see he was white as a sheet and staring into nothing.
