Concerning my countryman (Danish & US), and fellow physician, Dr. Gram, I wonder whether there is any relationship between his surname and the town of Gram, on Jutland? Also-I would like to make a visit to his gravesite. I understood from the article that he is buried now in Greenwood Cemetery (Brooklyn NY?). Is there a monument/stone? Thank you for your patience.
