Francis Black MD Edin. 1840 MBHS 1820? – 1882 Fellow of the Royal Medical Society, Treasurer of the Hahnemann Publishing Society, Editor of The British Journal of Homeopathy, member of The British Homeopathic Association, member of The Hahnemann Medical Society, Physician to the Edinburgh Homeopathic Dispensary, Physician to The Hahnemann Hospital at 39 Bloomsbury Square.
Francis Black practiced at Clifton in Bristol and in Edinburgh with John Rutherford Russell.
Francis Black was a student of Paul Francois Curie, and he was also a member of the Association for the Protection of Homeopathic Practitioners and Students in 1851.
Francis Black was an MD of Edinburgh of 1840, but moved soon afterwards to Bristol. He was the first co-editor of the British Journal of Homeopathy…
