Time Line
The Earth is 4.5 billion years old, or thereabouts! So our history is very long!
This section gives a thumbnail sketch of human history in a time line from the beginning to date, so even though it can never be considered complete, and there will be missing information (please let me know if you can add any relevant information!), it should be an interesting perspective on our place in the World.
I offer no interpretations because I believe the facts of history speak for themselves, but I do allow myself the odd comment here and there!
